Our Guidelines

GUESTS PLEASE READ OUR GUIDELINES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

— OUR TEAM IS SCHEDULED BASED ON APPOINTMENTS.

— If returning earlier/later than pick up/drop off time, guest must give us a 30 minute heads up or will have to wait for our team to receive the vehicle.

— Keys are not to be left in the vehicle parked under no circumstances. That is an automatic $100 fee for leaving a vehicle unattended.

— Guests are responsible for the full cost of any key pertaining to the vehicle that is lost/misplaced.

— Guests must provide their own insurance.

— Vehicles are inspected by our team of mechanics prior to the start of each trip. Damages incurred during guest’ trip to tires/breaks/windshields/keys/etc. will be assessed and charged accordingly.

— Not limited to towing fees associated with such incidents.

— NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED. Odor or residue of smoke in the vehicle is a $250 fee. No exceptions.

— Vehicle must be refueled at original gas tank level, if not returned at original tank, you will be invoiced the refuel price + $10 inconvenience fee.

— Citations must be disclosed to host, guests are responsible for paying citations and must post receipt on trip photos after.

— If citations are not paid by guest, guest are responsible for the citation/ any penalties/ and a $10 inconvenience fee.

— WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/ LEFT BEHIND ITEMS. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 48 HOURS THEN DISCARDED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Insurance

Insurance coverage

Collision damage waiver (CDW): Includes 20% tax; Excess $1,205 USD

Theft waiver (TW): Includes 20% tax; Excess $1,205 USD

Third party liability protection (TP): Includes 20% tax; Maximum Coverage Unlimited.

The Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of damage/theft of the vehicle. Damage to or loss of tires, windscreens, glass and undercarriage may not be covered by the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). Please check with the rental agent at the desk.

If you purchase the Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party, the main driver will be required to present their credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.
